Logging on to your account
1- Click on “My Account” to log on to your account.
2- Enter your user name and password to enter your account.
3- Upon successful log on, you will be directed to your home account where you will have access to the following:
a- Post a property
b- My Listing
c- My Profile
d- My History
e- My Watch List
f- My Properties
Post a property
1- Enter your property type and indicate the applicable subcategory.
2- Enter the starting price with no commas (,).
3- Indicate your country, state and city of residency and indicate your address and zip code.
4- Provide details about your property’s specifications such as its lots size or age.
5- Check all the applicable property features under “Features”.
6- Provide a brief written description of your property under “Descriptions”.
7- Enter the verification number displayed on your browser.
8- Read the “Terms of Use” carefully and select “Yes I accept the Terms of use” ONLY IF you accept the terms.
9- click on “Submit the Form” to post your property.
My Listing
1- A list of all your posting details and bidding option is available here.
2- Click on “Edit” to modify your posting. This will lead you to the form similar to the one present at “Post a property”.
3- You may accept the latest bidding (under “Current Bidding”) by clicking on the “Accept”. Your acceptance of the latest bid will be indicated by “sold”.
4- “Minimum Price” indicates your price posting, and “Current Bid” is the latest bid.
My Profile
1- Check the “change my password” box in order to modify your password and to obtain a new password.
2- Enter your old password followed by your new password and its confirmation.
3- Modify your specifics if required.
4- Read the “Terms of Use” carefully and select “Yes I accept the Terms of Use”.
5- Click on Save Modifications in order to save your changes.
My History:
1- A list of all your bids is present on this page with the amount of your bid (“Bid Amount”),
the date and time which you posted the bid (Date and Time), and the availability of the property of interest.
My Watch List:
A list of the properties of your interest and not necessary those that you bid on is provided here.
In the watch list table, you view the list of properties that you have added to your watch list. This list will help you to follow the status of the properties
of your interest easily without searching. Once you add a property to your watch list, it remains there until you remove it, and later on if you wanted to see
the status of the property, simply refer to your watch list.
In your watch list:
1- Click on “View Details” to observe the details of a specific property.
2- Click on “View Bid History” to observe all the bidding status for a property.
3- Click on “Place a bid” to bid on a specific property as Detailed in “Place a Bid under My Watch List” of the help.
My Properties:
1- A list of all your properties currently posted is present on this page.
2- Click on “Accept” to accept the latest bid indicated under the “Current Bid”.
3- Your acceptance will be indicated by “Sold”.
