How to start a search for a property?
1- Select the Buy from the link on top of every page. It will direct you to the page where you can select a country.
2- After you selected the country, if there is a map available it will show up on the page. If there is a map, move the mouse
over the map and click on the state or province in which you look for the property.
3- If there is no map for the selected country, a message will show on the page and a link. Just click on the link.
Select a country ...

2- In the country page you will see a map of the last country you visited (if a map is available). If you wish to change the
country, from the combo box with country names, select your desired country and click on the small arrow next to the combo box.

7- Every time you change the state or province, the page will be refreshed and the city combo box will show the name of cities located
in that state or province.
Select a price range
1- In the search page there are two fields for price range. The first field specifies the minimum price you are looking for.
The next field will specify the maximum price you. The search results will show the items within the two specified prices.
*Please Note:The price range refers to the minimum asking price of the properties and not the currnet bid on the house.
Customize your search
1- You can customize your search by selecting a Zip Code and/or address. If you select a zip code then the
selected city will be ignored and the the zip code will be used for the search criteria.
1- You can also select the number of records per page, for example if you select 20 results per page, the search relsts will
be divided to pages with 20 properties per page.
Advanced search
1- You can use the advanced search to furthur customize your search. For example you can use the advanced search to
look for waterfront properties, or properties with basements. You can also look for a specific number of bedrooms etc.
How to post a property for auction?
posting your property for an auction is incredibly easy. You just need to do the following steps:
1- Register for an account
2- log on to your account
3- Submit the property
4- upload image
Register for an account
1 Click on the "Register" link on the site's home page
(www.auctionourhouse.com). You will be directed to the Registration Form page.
2 Fill in all required fields as indicated by asterisks (*).
3 Please review the "Terms of Use" carefully prior to submitting your
form for a new account.
4 Once you submit your registration form, you will receive an email
from us which contains your user name and password.
Logging On To Your Account
1 To log on to your account for property posting, click on the "Sell"
link on the main page of the site.
2 On the user log on page, You will require your user name and
password (as emailed to you by our site).
Submit the property
1 Once you have logged on to your account, you will be required to
complete an auction form where you may enter the specifics of your
property.
2 Please take the time to fill in all the required fields as this
information will help your buyers to identify and recognize the specifics
of your property.
3 Prior to your submission, you must read the "Terms of Use"
carefully. Please post your property ONLY after you have read, understood and
agreed to the Terms and conditions of usage.
Uploade pictures of the property
1 Once all your property information is submitted, you will be
required to upload an image of your property to complete your property
posting.
