Rules Of Auction
|
Your use of the auctioning service provided on this site is subject to acceptance of the Terms of Use.
If you are a Buyer:
1 - Your bid must be at least $50 more than the previous bid.
2 - You can not bid on a car that you posted yourself.
3 - You can not retrieve your bid after you placed it.
4 - You must be logged in to place a bid.
5 - You can not bid against your own bid, in other words,
you can not place a bid on a car if you were the last person who bid on the car.
If you are a Seller:
1 - When you post your car, you must specify a starting price point for the auction
2 - You do not have any limits in accepting or rejecting a bid.
3 - You can accept a bid at any time during the auction.
4 - You can not bid on a car that you posted yourself.
5 - Potential buyers may want to see the car. You must accomadate the buyers requests if they wish to view the car.
6 - Every time a bid is placed on your car you will recieve a notification.
7 - YOU MUST NOTIFY AUCTION OUR CAR.COM THROUGH E-MAIL IF YOU ACCEPTED A BID OR YOUR CAR IS SOLD. THIS IS YOUR OBLIGATION.
